This tree cabin offers three unique perspectives on the woods and the Harads landscape. As a visitor you can rest among the tree tops as well as enjoy each room’s specific view of the forest environment. The three volumes are situated next to each other: the dining-room facing the river landscape, the elevated bedroom facing the forest and the bathroom facing the sky. Additionally, there is the roof terrace embedded within the pine trees.
Exterior walls are clad with dark construction plywood, reflecting the sunlight; interiors are panelled with pinewood to enhance the warm atmosphere of the woods. Isolated glass partitions divide nature from the interior of the hotel room. The cabin rests on a steel structure with a steel staircase, a contrasting material to the pine bark surroundings.
